Founded by Matt and Ruth Gallace, Rebello Wines and Cheeky Rascal Cider were developed by branching out from Matt's parents' strawberry farm, Sunny Ridge. Like most Italian families that came to Australia, Matt's grandparents brought with them agricultural and winemaking techniques handed down over generations.
The Gallaces decided to use these techniques, combined with a respect for the traditional rules of how wine is made and balanced by a little healthy disrespect for the rules of how it should taste... And the result is completely innovative wines, liqueurs and cider made with real fruit.

Strawbellini is the only Australian sparkling wine to have won double-gold at the San Francisco International Wine Competition, alongside the likes of Veuve Clicquot and Piper Sonoma.
